I'm only capable of doing my art style for commissions.

I will do: Original Characters, Pets, Fanart, Humanoid characters, Cyberpunk, and Mild gore.

Nuh-uh's: NSFW/Fetish art, NFTs, Political Art, Mechas, and Excessive Gore.

I reserve the right to decline requests if I find it uncomfortable.

I won't be doing any vector commissions due to the realization that I work slower on that front.

I will only accept commissions through email and never DMs (except through Cara)! as it is a lot of work to filter everything from my socials.

Send me a message on Cara or Email me for reservations. Provide all of the necessary details, payment option, and reference photos you would like to have for your commission in your message! I'll mark the commission confirmed once I send an email in return.

Inform me about your preferred file size and color profile especially if you plan to have the work printed (say for example: a JPG CMYK instead of PNG RGB and in 3000x3000 pixels). I usually work on 2500-4000 pixels in 300 dpi. I'd appreciate it if you tell me before starting so I could cater to your requirements.

Commercial work may be more expensive because of licensing.

At least maximum of three (3) free revisions only. Further requests will be charged.

Any changes requested after the finished artwork is sent will be charged.

The commissioned artwork cannot be used for AI training and/or generation as well as NFT. Doing this lets me blacklist you from future commissions.

Commissioned art is typically finished within two (2) weeks after payment, but expect at least a month max.

For unforeseen events that may delay the commission, you will be informed through email along with the estimated time the piece will take me by the time I continue.

All preparation materials, visuals and sketches, including all electronic files used to create the project remain the property of Kenneth Villegas a.k.a vermanthra.

Commissioned pieces are subtly watermarked. You're not allowed to remove it unless commissioned for commercial use.

You have the rights to the character/s in the piece, but not the artwork.

I reserve the right to the final image for portfolio/promotion purposes.

You may tag me when you post the commissioned artwork on social media. Creds are highly appreciated!

print and use the commissioned piece for personal or gifting reasons. Strictly no redistribution for commercial purposes unless paid for such use. To avoid a potential misunderstanding, kindly let me know beforehand.

Payment first before I start sending any progress further from the thumbnail sketch (50% upon starting and the other half before the final version of the artwork)

Payments done are non-refundable. I will be sending the finished artwork only when the payments are complete as well.

Refunds are only possible whenever I don't get to update about the artwork for a week upon the supposed starting time.

I will initiate the transaction to avoid issues. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed that I accepted your commission.
